Thank you for supporting SKA Trust. As a non-governmental, non-profit organization, we rely on your generous contributions to carry out our social welfare and educational programs.

For Receiving Donation:

Please note the following:

• All donations made to SKA Trust are final and non-refundable.
• Once a donation is processed, no request for refund, chargeback, or cancellation will be entertained under any circumstances.
• By donating, you agree that your contribution was made voluntarily and with full consent.
• Donors are not entitled to raise complaints or legal claims related to misuse, misrepresentation, or fraudulent intent after the donation is successfully made.
• No refund request for the donated amount by any donor will be entertained for online donations through the online payment gateway after gateway after the conation is accepted from our Online Payment Gateway service providers unless there is a fraud notification from our Payment Gateway Service Providers.
• Once received the donation for a cause will not be refunded to the donor. The donation will be used for the service of helpless destitute persons being done by the organization.

Credit Care Details

You agree, understand and confirm that the credit card details provided by you for availing of services on SKATRUST will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the credit card which is not lawfully owned by you. l.e. in a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. You further agree and undertake to provide the correct and valid credit card details to Lovecare Foundation. Further the said information will not be utilized and shared by SKATRUST with any of the third parties unless required by law, regulation or court order. SKATRUST will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on you and the onus to ‘rove ohterwise’ shall be exclusively on you.

We will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on the Site. You agree that all agreement, notices, disclosures and other communications tht we provide to you electronically satisfy and legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
